I read this and admire your courage to speak out - I did not know this at all - and yet I share all your declared beliefs and understanding about life and love on this planet - buddhists and quakers also believe the same thing - keep writing this even if you lose subscribers from it - they are not the ones worth keeping anyway - one rule i learned many years ago - there are no arguments to convince those who do not want to be convinced or change - and there are no arguments necessary for those who are open minded and willing to change and grow and look at themselves. Thanks Sylvia for reading and commenting. It took me some time to write back. This was a heavy post and since writing things much has happened which the media does not cover properly. The strange part is that until terror struck the western world on 9/11, these matters were considered a region issue. Until we start to look at these issues as human issues, like the environmental issues, we will never come together to find a solution. Even as we speak there is much deliberation and political mickey balancing --and the blame game. Thanks for reading, I was really in two minds before I posted. The post came out in on spurt. It's this pain and frustration of years. So it just burst open.
